What is a clinical trial?
A clinical trial is a research study that tests a medicine or therapy in participants. Clinical trials can also be called clinical studies or clinical research. Clinical research helps us answer questions about the medicine being studied, like does the medicine work and is it safe. Our objective is to provide benchmark standards in research practice but also understand the governing regulations regarding clinical trials. Our research follows the efficacy and safety protocols and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and FDA guidelines set forth in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
How do I benefit and is it safe?
As a participant, not only will you have greater control over your health care, also you will have an opportunity to access new research treatments (at no charge) before they are available to the public. In turn, this will enhance scientific study and research, and contribute to the health of many individuals. Our clinical research trials are federally regulated. We are governed by the same ethical and legal codes required for medical practice for safeguards to reduce risks for our participants. Our detailed protocols meet specific standards to ensure your safety
